Dog dies at off-leash park

Not sure why a chihuahua and a pit bull-type dog are in the same off-leash park, but it happened in Thunder Bay, Ont.
Now, there's a lawsuit against the city alleging neglect in offering the park to dog owners. Maclean's has the story.
